30 Days of Awesome

This post will get you caught up to just before my May appointment (aka, about three months with Doc), and it’s an easy post: 30 days of feeling awesome. Great energy during the day and at night I sleep like I’m hibernating. My digestion is good, better (though not totally great — I’m much more regular than I used to be, going almost daily, which is a huge change, and I’ve come to realize that fiber is playing a huge role in this, too, along with everything else). I’ve been tracking what I eat on My Fitness Pal so I can see how much protein I’m getting (as Doc tells me, hair needs protein) and that’s how I realized how little fiber I get some days (I’d not have figured that otherwise, because, in my mind, I eat lots of veggies; just not always in my reality, so it seems).

No spring allergies, no colds, no aches, no rashes, no setbacks, nothing bad. I even fell when cleaning the tub and smashed my forearm and hip and while I had red welts immediately afterward, I had no bruising or pain whatsoever the next day, which was weird but cool. I have no idea why, but cuts heal in a day, too. Short of new hair growth, everything is great.
